You underestimate the power of confirmed townie in this setup. Scum has only like 4 kills and need to kill bot assassins or be in very bad situation during elections.

If Unknown was lying and they kill him, they will have only 3 kills to find real assassins wich puts them in awful place. Wasting even 1 more to kill me/you tonight is literal rip.
