Something’s off about the moralizing about expected town behavior. Since his earlier investigations came off as too hard for negligibly suspicious activity, I’m inclined to think Solic is putting on a show of town morality and pushing super hard against scum without really doing too much hardcore investigative work to the point of overcompensating in order to appear town when actually scum.
