Having a think about it, I think Solic put on the appearance of distancing and pushing Kai hard in order to get towncred since Kai was rapidly reaching consensus scumread with or without Solic’s push during the early stages of the lynch phase. Thus, scumteam cut their losses with Kai and tried to benefit off of it by misleading through association, one of the resuting benefits being solidifying Solic’s position in townreads. It’s worked pretty well, but a closer look shows that quite a few of Solic’s reads on Kai are weak, forced, or cold/safe takes.

I think you’re looking at this one quote too much rather than looking at the context of the full push on Kai he made in the post. Solic’s reaction doesn’t feel forced to me, based on the tone of his post as a whole – and you say here that Kai’s criticism doesn’t make sense, but that’s Solic’s whole point here, is that Kai’s criticism doesn’t make sense.
I also think Kai’s interactions with Solic basically spew him as town, like, he’s not distancing in the way scum distance from other scum, his shadethrowing feels more like wanting to have an excuse to go for a town player later, if that makes sense.
At this stage, I’d shoot Solic. I currently don’t understand the arguments behind the near consensus scumread on boss due to lack of reading from me, so this might change.
I wouldn’t put it past solic to do distancing like that.

Why do you guys think Kai is bussing me? He basically said my read is force once and that’s pretty much that, no following up, no other reason, to me it looks like he is going for an easy lynch
