The fact of the matter is that Scum has undoubtedly sculpted this exact scenario and already has something in the works to protect Arete.
You get more information lynching scum Arete here because once I die and flip town, even if everyone can dogpile on Arete (assuming Mafia don’t have the numbers already) you get nothing from it because it’s just beneficial for everyone to in that case.

I think lynching max could be better here because im more sure that they are vs which is scum in blue/arete
I think blue is the more likely scum here.
But I do think max is scum.
We can’t occ max, but can tracker them.
Blue seems to have some sort of tracker-immunity(likely factional kill passive)
So I think we lynch blue here
the problem is that it doesn’t resolve the thunderdome
i’m also less confident about max being scum than one of arete/blue (strongly leaning blue) being scum
