The point is - you can shoot anyone you want, except that if you want to shoot Flashu or me - you need to let us shoot first, cause we can’t be wasting bullets at this point.
It does, but I’m not going to shoot, since I have no idea who is scum at this point. One of you folks do it. I think it’s one of you, since the scum would probably save their bullet till the end.

I half agree that scum would be scared to shoot and save a shoot, thats why last shoots are being planned in order - to force scum if they are among last shooters to shoot optimaly into someone who used theirs bullet.
Leaving others with bullets, town, with less possible choices, ergo hugher chance to hit mafia.
As I said - if you want to shoot into me/Flash (i’m town tho), it’s fine, but say that before shoot to let that person shoot and narrow down the list of suspects.
Order of shooting was more or less decided by people who already shot. That’s why Moleland shoot before you for example, rushed shoot but was more or less his turn anyway.
Don’t shoot Mole, Comm. Whenever someone threatens you for no reason, they’re probably good. I learned that the hard way,
