What happens in a situation when two players have the same number of votes? Is the person that reaches the number first lynched, or will it be based on rng?

Was just thinking that. Lymph is acting somewhat scummy but they were before the reroll too and they were town then, so I figure it’s just VI-type behaviour, and if it’s between Lymph and Insanity, I’d say Insanity is more likely to be scum.
