then both pkr and frost have to be scum or town that for some reason claimed monk
and in that case pkr has to be vamp, since marl. and if cheesy is to be believed, hip is vamp.
so if they arent town that claimed monk, and marl and cheesy are right, i see 2 possibilities

  1. commisar is monk. pkr is a starting vamp. so is hip. and frost is werewolf who tried to cover his butt by claiming monk. but if thats the case hip would have called him out, so they’re working together if they are those roles. or frost is starting vamp and converted hip.
  2. pkr is monk, frost is starting vamp who converted hip, and commisar is other starting vamp.

so:
today we hang frost. tonight, pkr (if your monk) convert hip. it could be done the other way, but this minimizes the chance of pkr dying in the night. if hip is converted, he shall say so in the morning and we kill commisar. if he does not, we hang pkr
