Frostwolf claimed to be Monk and he converted Hippo. Which is clearly a lie (because Hippo wouldn’t give up and admit he was a vampire if he was converted to town.) I’m going to shoot Frost tonight.

That’s irrelevant, but yes. That doesn’t change the fact that if Hippo is a vampire you must be a vampire as a monk claim (unless you were a werewolf who tried to convert Hippo and then fake claimed Monk)

Frost this changes nothing. Mechanically if Hippolytus is still a vampire, you MUST be a vampire. If you had successfully converted him, he wouldn’t have openly claimed to be a vampire today.
