Just an FYI. If 2 people try and convert the same person to 2 different factions they both fail. If 2 people try to convert someone to the same faction they both succeed. If 2 people try to neighborize the same person then all 3 people involved are put into a single neighborhood. If you try to neighborize someone already in a neighborhood then you and anyone in your neighborhood is merged with your target’s into a single larger neighborhood.

Livicus is invited to every neighborhood. He is a spectator so don’t mind him. He is not supposed to talk obviously.
