no, what he said cannot be imply that, intentionally or not, since when converted into town, vamps/werewolves become a vanilla, so even if they were the killing vamp/werewolf, they couldnt basically be a vigilante when/if converted to town

also, conversion isnt necessarily scummy in this game, in fact 1/4 of the townies are converters
