Its okay, trials were just an excuse for me to put decide fate in the ability pool xD
I’m going to remove them to make the game faster.

I would also like people’s suggestions about the number of abilities in the pool. I had three options in mind:
1.- Abilities in the pool are equal to half the number of living players. This makes it more competitive but some people will have a hard time getting abilities. This also benefits mafia more since they can organize better to avoid competing for the same abilities.
2.- Abilities in the pool are equal to the number of living players. This makes it so everyone has a chance to get at least one ability, and still makes people compete for the more powerful ones.
3.- Abilities in the pool are always a static number (10 maybe?). This is like combining both of the above options, and it becomes easier to get abilities the longer the game goes.

I would say X-3 number of prizes with x being the number of players, and there being a minimum of 3 prizes.
This seems very interesting. I would like more classes involved in the next game, possibly a different evil faction, but it seems good. That’s what you said about Enemy Within Shut up, subconscious.
I formatted my post a bit and added more stuff under “Gameplay” to hopefully make this a bit easier to understand.
Oh sorry, I meant that I formatted it to make it easier to understand in general, it wasn’t targeted at you.
I do agree about the role variety, but my plan is to get said variety by allowing people to choose their own abilities themselves from the ability pool.
TBH this is a bit experimental and the first game might be unbalanced, but I’ll try to make this work in case I do more of this in the future.
