That sounds like an semiopen setup. Open means there will be a strict roll of cop, doc, 3 mafia, and 8 vts. Semiopen means you can randomly roll one of these classes as long as it fits in this category, like invest, support, random mafia prs, random town prs. Closed means u tell them nothing. They wont usually know the number of mafia at all
