I’m not a reviewer, but from my understanding, FoL has priority over the next SFoL

meaning once SFoL 61 ends, FoL 28 signups will likely open

then once FoL 28 ends, SFoL 62 signups will open

i could very well be wrong, so don’t take this as the 100% correct answer
