Dude, no. Look at flips, look at reads, look at whatever you want but thereās way more than Gut in mafia and Tones are easily faked. Of course townies are more prone to gut reading people with positive outlook but I think that when weāre that deep into the game you can judge posts for their content and not how nice the guy posting it is.
