Well itā€™s simple.

If all players on there were also Town that would mean 8 players are Town and thatā€™s them. - 8
But then we throw Italy into things. - 9

Thatā€™s 9/16 players, so by that logic of not concluding by minimum that 2 players in that wagon are scum. We would have a scumteam off

Concluding that there is at least 1 scum on there is reasonable, but wouldnā€™t make sense considering a large push was on them.
