anything he said about Kyo was because Kyo was 1 of 4 blood mage claims (Kyo, Arete, Marshal/DryBones, and himself)

My question is why didn’t he out it earlier?

D1 we had Kyo/Marshal/you claiming BM and we could have nabbed Kyo if he’s a V and had come out d1.
