serious thought 1: my tinfoil with Alice/Wazza probably isn’t true because it requires the traitor to be in exactly you/Marshal/Apprentice/(/Braix) and while Marshal had some traitor equity his EoD yesterday only makes sense for a traitor if he was secretly scumreading Wispmelia (you still have some traitor equity, Braix has like zero, and App while having high scum equity has low traitor equity)
serious thought 2: I’m not being pushed nearly enough for how bad my play has been this game, when I saw that I hadn’t died I was sort of expecting to have to fight to not be the game-losing mislynch and instead people are like ‘what if we ritual Arete’
and I’m trying to figure out how that happened because it doesn’t make sense
i’ve been deliberately not trying at some points in this game and lotsa ppl still TR me
look if everything went my way this game you woulda been the D1 lynch
i did a bit of thinking after vulgard died, since he died TRing you
and i don’t know if you’d kill him as scum while he TRs you when you’ve been kinda in a meh spot all game… although maybe you killed him with that exact mindset but i’ve overthought your slot so much this game and you never got lynched when i hard scumread you and now i just don’t want to think about it because if you’re scum im gonna be truly sad post-game
but i overall don’t think you’re in the position to kill the people townreading you
like there’s a lot of reasons vulgard could have died but most of them don’t lead to you being the killer
you wouldn’t be scared of him investing you most likely
you wouldn’t be scared of him scumreading you
would you kill him because he’s a strong player? possible, but i think you’re more likely to keep him alive to help you chain mislynches since he was on your wavelength
like, your play this game has been really not that great if you’re a villager
but as a wolf your play was pretty not good either?

you had me on your 6-AM readlist which was presumably written before Vulgard actually died
can you tell me more about your thought process when you made this readlist?
The only way I would ritual Apprentice would be if we knew the heretics used cleanse.
i moved you up and down on that list like 5 times before placing you where you ended up, you were the sole person at null for quite a bit
there were a couple factors that went into evaluating your slot
- i think the later parts of D2 were a good look for you, and while you’ve made some less good posts all game…
- i honestly think some of your “bad” plays wouldn’t happen as a wolf. you slipped in your first few posts and you kept being kind of subpar, and i don’t expect you to be that subpar as a wolf? i don’t wanna say TWTBAW but i think i just have higher expectations from your wolfgame
- if you were a wolf, i kind of think that there’s a decent chance i would be dead/converted by now?
- i kind of trusted vulgards read on you about as much as i trusted my own, and while i wrote that with him being a not-flipped townie, i also wrote that with very high confidence that he was town. and now that he’s dead i think that using his read to help gauge my opinion on you isn’t unreasonable. i don’t know if vulgard has a 100% accurate soulread on you as much as you do on him, but i think that he can read you better than me
i remember i skimmed your D2 ISO and a few posts stuck out to me as “being much more likely to come from town!Arete than scum!Arete” but i didn’t actually mark which posts those were and i don’t know if i want to check that again

I hate to say this and I hope I am not wrong, but I think out of the bm claims Arete is the most likely to flip bm.
