Still, a Strongman attack would bypass the heal. The main point of a doctor is to heal someone from an attack. I feel it would be better to know the root cause of an attack rather than prove something does or does not exist

I do feel that mafia would be stupid not to pick strongman, theyā€™re leaving themselves open to follow the cop strategies in that case

If they picked Godfather, then I can agree that would have been a poor decision with the Cop/Watcher combo.
Ninja might be slightly more helpful for them, but theyā€™re still vulnerable to the combo, but just in a different way
