I donā€™t think it is guaranteed to be defeated scum, although there is a lot to support it.

The narrative here that support the conclusion is that Squid consistently gets caught early as scum as seen from Infection + NSFM.

My gut is screaming though that this isnā€™t scum and instead VI.
