Well yeah of couse they were neutrals. Cause it says in op that chaos is evil. As well as the mention of ā€œpossible neutralsā€ (and of the ā€œbastard mechanicsā€ which is an obvious nod to anomalous effects) lead me to conclude the scps are neutrals. And 173 is a killer because in universe his goals are just that, killing everybody. Itā€™s all speculation on my part.

Fun fact though there are some sentient scps that arenā€™t anti town in theory. In particular, scp-999, who has been known to help out the foundation in previous containment breaches. In this setup 999 is most likely either a neutral good or a neutral support with strong healing abilities.

I Also suspect d-class are neutral survivors. Foundation personnel could not care less over the deaths of d-class people (theyre literally there as disposable test subjects) in fact a good amount of d-class that donā€™t die in testing are executed at the end of the month anyway.

Also, inb4 hja is actually 096 who gets multikill if they are visited and this was a shallow play to enable that
