That’s true. Actually why would the chaos be anomalous anyways? Like some of them sure but lore wise they are analogous to the foundation but with a different objective. Or in other words they are still people

I just checked. What are you talking about? Last game was PB FM#56, and both of us were town in that game. …in which our neighborhood lasted only half a day and a night. …which gives me nothing meta.

if this were in universe style, boss wouldnt be anomalous, because he isnt (the vending machine is)
but this wouldnt make sense mechanically.
hence hjas (or someone else’s, dont remember) that anomalous individuals are ones that interact regularly and closely with scps. this would explain why most chaos are anomalous, and some foundation are.
