SCP-173, which he claims to be, is literally a Weeping Angel. Now, that might be fucking terrifying but in order to match with flavor he’d have to not be able to visit and kill anybody if he is watched.
Weeping Angels, one of the best monsters from Doctor Who. They’re almost invincible but can only move when nobody is directly looking at them.

He claimed to be SCP-173, a monster that can only move when not being watched. I understand it is theoretically possible that he actually can only attack when not watched, but like that’s too impossible.
He claimed the living statue i hink its nickname is it kills people when its not beong watched similiar to the weeping angels from dr. Who. But i still cant see flavor wise it being with fojndation. Its either with Chaos who dont care if SCPs get out, or neutral
