I’m thinking you. I thought Blue at first, but I think Blue just trusts you too much that they were willing to basically randomly det on your orders.

The whole “policy det” defense doesn’t really pierce me, as if the game should be played because baz is a troll.

It’s possible you BOTH are Maf, but I can’t solidly back up my claim that Blue is.
