A more natural response is scummy. Yet he doesnāt use the words scummy. Probably a subconscious attempt to deflect from calling Eevee scum since they are probably buddies.
Secondly when someone is too comfortable that isnāt something town thinks about. We want comfortable for town cohesion so we can get reads and analyze stuffs.
