I mean I can see the benefits of going both town and scum detonator as scum

But I feel like I would probably pick town since I already have a “genuine reaction” that people could look back on for when I detonated Baz randomly and hit mafia.

Some found this slimy, but I just see it as an experienced player who has played this game before and gives insight based on that.

Plus also on this point, I’m reminded of the first FM game where Scum!Ici was basically blown to hell for refusing to make much of a comment on Scum!Celeste (who he had the detonator for), instead saying “Town player is scum, discuss” or “I’m going to make reads on Town player in a moment”.

That was a particularly bad game for scum.

More talking about past games. I see this as more null.

I would pickup a Town detonator. Picking up a town detonator would allow mafia to win days before they would need to if they would pickup a mafia detonator. Furthermore, if the mafia is detonated with a mafia detonator, then that’d spell bad news.

Erm i kinda get it, but not really. I think they don’t realize that this logic doesnt work because the town members would bomb the mafia, which would likely be expalined in scumchat,

Right now everyone calm your hams, don’t get triggerhappy.
Just realized nolynch is forced which isn’t good. It would be best to not utilize the lynch this game at all but let’s look at what we can do.
First off let’s not detonate me.
I don’t think detonating someone who is contributing currently is a good idea either.
I’d rather wait and see what other people have to say before we start detonating eachother.

Allowing people to bomb eachother would gather reads and give us potential reasoning on why certain people had bombs.
Reduces the risk of mislynching as well. Mafia do not have a faction kill. They rely on bombs and lynches.

Oh, this is the fourth Short Fuse. What were some mistakes you guys did the previous games?
I think not discussing detonators is a good idea right now. I don’t believe it does anything except apply pressure onto people and cause bad things to happen.

I don’t have to spell everything out in thread to be thinking things, but I guess you can’t know that however I think both Marshal and Arete have had a very scummy period in their posts and you defended both of them quite readily. I don’t think you’re all scum together, because I don’t think you’d make a play to save both of them.

I don’t heavily scumread you, I scumread you by assocation preflip which is well not the same.
