Apparently they can’t give it away due to forum vet being impossible to earn + it gives you community privileges, I think this was the main reason I can’t be sure
They don’t do it since TL3 grants the ability to edit titles (post titles), and that could lead to a swathe of problems.

Bomb Swapper-Swap two people location in the circle of bombs. They will be given the detonator the other person has previously. You can use this N0.
Bomb Disabler-Disable someone’s bomb detonator the next day. They can’t explode their target that day and they will be notified of this. You can use this N0.
Bomb Trigger-Once a game you may force someone to detonate their bomb. You cannot use this if you have detonated your bomb, and you cannot detonate your bomb that day if you use this.

Solic was against adding random powers, and I kinda agree now, also think game’s fundamental should be simple enough.
Also less discussing and more joining.
5th and 3.5 are all that matter anymore really. The others are either outdated or just bad
