It is obviously not revealed by the host what their decision was or it confirms a town/scum upon each scum death that can never get killed/lynched after that by scum.

I’d probably pick a Mafia detonator, I tend to be pretty cautious so it would be a lot easier for me to justify protecting my scumbuddy than to justify randomly exploding a townie.
