this is him saying he thinks there are other classes
now he could be a citizen and this is just his thoughts, but being a citizen would not induce him saying or thinking this.
however if he wouldnt otherwise think this, being given a non cit class would cause him to say something like this, because if he was sure about it rather than just saying thats what he thinks then people would ask him to claim, however he may just think this and be a cit
thus, this is not a cit claim, and if it is a claim of some type, it would be a claim for not being a cit.
please try and actually explain or point out a mistake next time rather than just asking if one can read. you know, in a way that is consistently understandable?

I made the false assumption you use basic logic when reading posts, my bad.
If he’s “pretty sure” Citizen isn’t the only class, it would imply that he also got Citizen and thus cannot say for certain if we didn’t all get the class.
Again, thought that was a pretty simple concept, but instead of trying to figure out things on your own you made a rant post that got you nowhere closer to figuring out what I was trying to say. Well done.
