I explained my post. Only the last part was intentionally a rant.

For instance, in the situation I am given a non citizen card I would say something along the lines of what he said, I.e. not being sure if there were cards besides cit (I’m not claiming either way btw) however I would say as much in the situation I was given a citizen card, because of the wording in the op implying mechanics. So that would not be influenced if I was citizen (in this scenario), but would be if I wasn’t.
So that’s my thought process and why it makes no sense to me how that could be a cut claim
