Depends on the circumstances and what the root of the stress is.
Root of stress is amount of time spent on game rather than real life
Given that FM can reasonably take up more than two hours per day, is the amount of fun from fm greater than the opportunity cost of doing something else
I mean depends on what other things you have to do. Distance learning is crappy but it frees up more time, and you canāt leave the house for extended periods of time anyways
So if you have the time, and nothing else better to do, you should /in.
If you donāt have the time, or you have something better to do, you should not
My personal fear when joining fm games is that I donāt feel like I get anything out of it
And that I often pull more hairs out then what should probably be normal
If Iām fucking around, Iām often directly hurting my faction
Is something that level of competitive worth it as a āfun activityā

my personal FM philosophy is āfuck around when I feel like it, and get serious when I feel like itā
rn I think you are feeling too guilty about shitposting when you really shouldnāt. Especially if you are still helping your faction and not entirely derailing thread (oops), itās fine to take the game lightly and put time into really focusing on advancing your wincon

I do too
But like if you focus on enjoying yourself during the entire game and not just what the end result is or how well you did, youāll end up having way better memories and might end up helping your faction more anyways

Also Iām probably going to be playing this as a mountainous since we have like 50%~75% of the town rolling VT, so Iām not playing this like a RM game.
