His tone reminds me of his town games (albeit I’ve never played a game where they were nk)
Analyzing his own slot is a type of play I can see them make to help introduce themselves into thread in a way where they can completely discard the previous actions of the slot without drawing too much negative attention

I would be going for a poss lynch because I believe magnus is a safe shot due to being more likely to be coven for reasons I’ve already made clear
I also find Magnus’s slot suspicious because he pushed on Alice and didn’t up EVO.
