So long as you know a jester/fool is possible i don’t believe it to be bastard, in a closed list i can see how people might see it as such though. which is why i’ve given the mechanical confirmation that jester is not in play

The only thing I consider bastard is the host directly lying about the results / setup or interfering in some way with the game. none of which will happen.
