This medical dog has higher military rank then everyone (except main characters). It’s apparently that funny that eevee decided to make him a doggo cult leader.

Passives:

  1. You cannot be killed at night or due ITAs. You have always 0% accuracy when shooting in ITA.
  2. As long as you are alive, all dead cult members will be cleaned on flip.
  3. You will peek as a role and flavor of your choice to all investigatives.
  4. You are immune to roleblocks at night.

Night action:
Heal 2 people each night. If they were meant to die during cycle, they will survive and join your cult instead (unless they are already in it).

Wincon: Eliminate everyone who does not belong to your cult.

Icibalus was healing orange and firekitten EVERY SINGLE NIGHT.

In a game with ITAs and stuff, he was healing death immune person and 1-shot death immune person.
Both scum.
