I believe the second quote explains it perfectly.
Isolation, usually looking at a persons posts all by themselves and seeing what they said by themselves in a context/Vacuum. You usually quote messages and give ur opinons on them and how it makes feel. The easiest way to do it is by clicking on someones name
and when this menu comes up click the # posts in topic button and u will hone in on only their posts. To get out you do the same thing or refreshing works i think
