The thing is, if we lynch him and he is evil or town then we might as well stop the game, because this is a warm up for him and if he is dead he learns nothing.

I would also add Mafia - don’t be dicks. If PKR is town, don’t kill him night one! At least wait until he is pressurising you guys too much/being too widely town read. We are here to help him practice, not rek him to death.
