I only suggested it because

A) Confirms Butler as existing
B) We could just agree that no nobles step up, and if they do they are assumed scum. As Jammy said earlier, if no royals step up, anyone can step up so
C) An easily confirmable Blue Dragon rose, like the same Butler or Psychic, could step up so
D) We have a 100% Blue Dragon King who we can all trust completely.

If anyone can see any flaws in any of these steps please speak up, but I literally have no idea how you see this idea of having a confirmed trustworthy King as scummy on my behalf.
