CaptainNerbin survived because his Intimidation and Moleland just admitted he has been intimidated and is forced to use Bind Soul, which make CaptainNerbin immune to DEATH. The Nightshade effect will go away after the night is over.

Nightshade poison is day ability, so yes that means The Knight will be taking the poison from Assassin, that is if CaptainNerbin actually PM’ed his action towards Alfa, which we won’t able to hear for next few hours.
