The way that the cards says you win if you keep your target alive does not mean that I need to follow what Mole wans’t me to do. For example, if he wanted me to protect him one night and the next night and another, I may not, because it’s limited

I agree that might have been the case. I was reluctant to claim mainly because of the more common than not Neutral hating Prince. But if you wanted to side with the town you probably should have cc’ed me.

Your basically saying I have to make him win. That isn’t the case for me. If Mole was to have died and I issued another contract, then I would have to protect my second contract and meet the same wincon.
