You should avoid to use it as a crutch in general, makes you a better player to be able to go through a game without the need for it, but more importantly use it as a tool to help win us in situations like a Sheriff Redcheck or a noble bounty. If ur really desperate and are at L1 you can claim but other than that claims are dangerous in general. Scum can use it against the claimed

Trials only happen in Grand Trial. Other than that they were scrapped
