I fake claimed bleeding because I wanted to sacrifice myself.
There is a mindgame behind it
but, then you realize, that its King, and that it makes no sense for scum to bleed it at all.
It happened like four matches ago, though.
(Admittedly, it was also EK.)
That’s literally the reason why I came away the first time I was scum, and this time. I am gambiting with my own death. I literally plan my own execution.
… and then I survive >.>
Dat probably would have been lynched in my place had I not been quick hammered
EK op op
That’s the feel I get
I wish I’d tried harder to defend you, you were obviously BD and even more obviously not a Possessor. I wasn’t expecting the quickhammer there.
Although, we should evaluate how these changes improve and/or ruin the balance of the game and how it messes with fun factor
but, you know, them hanging an obs is good because it means I won’t get caught mechanically
I wish I defended myself more tbh
I didn’t know how to though because I wasn’t completely sure about why people were voting me anymore
I swear to god why am I making so many typos today
I actually liked moving back the first convert to n2.
It gives town a lot of say back in the lynch, which I find fair.
Interestingly, Unseen need to bus in order to get a n2 convert, which I believe is a fault of design.
Tbh, I think first convert should be a pity if it hits immune instead.
So we avoid the 0 convert games (unless lucky occs)
We don’t have to balance about 3 starting scumteam.
And it’s more fun for everyone around.
FoL matches since EFoL 2, with the faction of the king and the faction that won the game:
FoL 19.5: Evil King, BD win
FoL 20: Good King, Unseen win
Fol 21: Evil King, BD win
NFoL 3: Good King, BD win
FoL 22: BD King, BD win
FoL 23: Evil King, Unseen win
EFoL 3: Evil King, Cult win
I think what I’m getting here is that kings are at the very least not an insurmountable obstacle? or alternatively that BD should policy kill the King as soon as possible and install a replacement
Big-brained idea. Game begins with 3 Unseen/Cult, 1 NK, 1~2 Neutral, and 11~12 BDs and with no king.
D1 will last exactly 72 hours and will be plurality only and King elections will also simultaniously happen. The first King rather than randed will be based off d1 King elections.
This should really reduce the swing that the starting King creates.
Basically, if an Unseen/Cult King is elected, then this means that the Unseen/Cult will end up beginning with 2 players, if not then they will begin with 3. This also allows room for the starting King to be neutral or even a PK.
Would the first convert still be pushed to N2?
That is why I hate when day starts in night time
I don’t think it would have made a difference, Cult had 6 votes out of 5 anyway and even if you’d poisoned Priestess they’d still have had majority.
That was my thought process… can I quickhammer fast enough to not get me poisoned
