I checked FoL 23 spreadsheet just out of curiosity, and apparently someone debauched a player into the king in that game.
But in this game we were told that drunk can’t target king. So which is it?

That’s completely my fault. Debauch cannot target the king in FoL. There are a lot of stealth changes made by FoL to ToL, same class cards and abilities, but different non-written mechanics, which are making it extremely difficult for ToL players to host FoL. When I’m hosting FoL, there will always be ToL mechanics accidentally bleeding into FoL. You can’t follow non-written rules you don’t know /shrug
