From the spreadsheet, it looks like they were converted N5, so I’m not sure how much it’ll tell us about how they play scum vs. BD. Might still be worth comparing their Iso before and afterwards.
Most of that game I was Noble but converted late game so I think most of it’s a unfair comparison

A lot of people get too afraid of being red as scum if they push the wrong person.
Alright, it’s a match with me in it, which means it’s time for a giant wallpost of reads. As normal, this is ordered from most BD to scummiest. Note that given the questionable quality of my reads in FoL 23, they might be completely wrong, but I figure it probably won’t hurt to put them out there.
BD reads
Kai_5: Townlean. Although he has a fair amount of memey/fluff posts, and the push to get 6 votes on Kape because haha 69 amirite was dumb, the subset of his posts with actual content seem to have well-thought-out analysis, and more generally Kai seems to be one of the few people actually trying to gamesolve at the moment.
Soulshade: Townlean. I’ve explained already why I think Soul is BD LHF, but to summarize: their posts have been drawing a lot of attention to themself via mild contrarianism, and that sort of attention-grabbing contrarianism is generally more typical of BD than of scum.
Sulit: Moderate townlean. They’ve been providing a decent amount of analysis, and they’ve done a decent amount to push the thread motion forwards. At some point they’re going to need to take some firmer stances but we’re less than 24 hours into D1, being uncertain right now is pretty reasonable.
Tw1light: Obviously scum can soft BD classes as well (this soft has already been pointed out multiple times, I’m not giving anything away), and given their general inactivity I’m not promoting them above a slight townlean, but I will take that soft as at least slight evidence of BD-ness, since an evil presumably wouldn’t want to be locked into a claim so soon. Has also made at least slight efforts at driving the thread forward.
Priestess: Probably GK, but the king thing makes it harder for me to read her. She’s Priestess, so all comments on neutrals should be NAI; other than that, she seems to be trying to prevent us from collectively making all the bad decisions we’ve spent the past several FoLs making. I’d like to see some reads/gamesolving/etc. directed at people other than Soul.
HTM: Slight townlean. Although their analysis thus far has been relatively limited, they do seem to be making a good faith effort to actually gamesolve, and they’ve been providing arguments to justify their claims, even (or perhaps especially) when their interpretation of something goes against thread consensus.
Null reads
Wazza: Null read, claims a boring but not a bad class, I’m not sure which classes Wazza would consider boring or non-boring. Obviously that’s NAI from Wazza but I’m pulling him out of the rest of the null reads to note it down.
Magnus: Null read. Claimed he wasn’t looking at his card, then claimed he had changed his mind, then presumably looked at his card and didn’t say anything. The immediate silence after looking could be a scumtell but I’m inclined to keep him in null for now.

Scumreads
H_Hja: Slight scumlean. In general, her posts don’t seem to be very solvey, and although she’s given us some analysis and reads it doesn’t feel very thorough. On the other hand, IIRC she’s one of the players with a meta where this is fairly normal? I know Alice has said that she usually ends up tipping her hand sooner or later when she’s scum, though admittedly in this set-up it kind of has to be sooner.
Kape: Mild scumlean; seems to generally be acting less gamesolvey than I’d normally expect from him, and in general his behavior is more consistent with FoL 23 than with his town game. He has made a few attempts at reads, but he generally hasn’t been supporting them with explanations or analysis.
Given the sheer number of nullreads, I have, it would be nice if the people in said category would come online and start posting a bit more. I can’t get proper reads on people when half the thread is inactive.

Everyone else: who are your top two townreads and your top two scumreads at the moment, and why?

If I cut all those IIOA posts, they only thing worth mentioning is that you’re overly defensive. Despite the fact you have the highest post count, you talk about how BD shouldn’t be passive yet you didn’t try to do anything to change that situation.
The fact you’re defending yourself is not suspicious itself but if it’s only that then there is a good reason why you should be lynched.
You’re saying that keeping you alive is in BD interest but I currently fail to see why is keeping scum alive is a good thing.
As far is I know, that Jake and SoulShade are not the same person. In that case, why are you even compare both situations when they likely have completely different reasons for making those posts.
I wouldn’t say that argument based on fallacy “Newbie scum would never be that obvious” is a good one. This is not the first time SoulShade plays Forum Mafia and thus all we know he could be doing it on purpose. Even if it’s not I still can see them making IIOA as an attempt to show they’re contributing while in reality they don’t.

I agree with twil that people were quick to call me LHF. But I can also see why others do think I’m just “LHF”.
I feel like I’ve tried my best to cause discussion when everyone would have just played passively.
Also this I don’t really understand what your getting at unless your thinking LOL soul scum but I’m going to be sutle about it.
Me defending myself and voting others without fear of being seen as scum does help bd at the end of the day it causes us to talk about things and stuff ect.
