Both this fool and the other one have the theme of taking suspicion onto themselves. The difference is that the old fool has it has a wincon while this fool has it as a strategy to further an agenda

The idea of jester is fundamentally flawed, but smokescreening and creating chaos is something very interesting. Thus by changing the wincon to fit this game better while keeping the central concept you keep the soul that makes fool, well, fool.
