Totally siding with Priestess on this.
I think they should be able to let on enough where a majority of the time this happening would be a mistake and not inevitable
Knight: makes a good decision, they shoot an Assassin
CW: makes a good decision, they protect the prince by swapping them with the Assassin (the assassin will not shoot himself normally)
Both: made a good decision, they didnāt out their classes and their night plans
In isolation yes
I meant to reply on here
You mean let it on well enough for a Warlock to redirect the Knight or an Assassin choosing another target?
Exactly
You punish them for making GOOD decisions
But this is not a single-player game and we shouldnāt treat it like one
Sure
In that case maybe make a different decision in the first place
Hypotheticals donāt do shit to a question of are we making a skilled game or a handholdey one
One that follows cause and effect or one that fixes issues for you
I donāt want to play FoL for babies, personally
Or donāt create a situation where it has to be hinted, whereas in isolation, itād be great ability usage.
I am sorry, if Assassin attacks Prince he doesnāt get killed but a Knight do get killed by attacking assassin but end up attacking Prince?
Both Prince, Assassin and Knight dies this scenario.
But why should scum making that swap not reap the benefits of their foresight?
No I meant, Assassin attacks anyone else, idk
But the Knight CSes the Assassin and gets swapped to the Prince, therefore both Knight and Prince die
They would reap benefits of the Knight not being able to action.
Thatās a guilt problem
Hence the earlier āoff-topicā discussion on guilt
tell me why you are against the solution ābd attacks who cause suicide are canceling itself when redirectedā
