we donā€™t have stats I donā€™t think
and if we did they wouldnā€™t be very accurate because stuff changes between almost every game :^)

I guess thatā€™s not even a good marker for how useful trials are anyway because people would be less quick to vote someone if there werenā€™t trials

Thatā€™s a safe number.

Defnitely remove trials tentatively, see how that works out for 5~ games.

Replace decide fate with something like - decide to immediately execute a player if, excluding you, 1/3 living players have voted them - or cancel a lynch that has reached majority and that person cannot be voted again today.
