What about making the fool abilities start with 0 uses but if he posts at least X times on a single day he will gain 1 use, up to a limit? Or something that rewards the fool for not lurking

A common modifier is to have to be lynched on even or odd days, but that’s very hard to make flavorful. I’d be down with making it even days however. It means they have to really manipulate the court at the right time.
Actually make it randomized at the start or the benefits of Fool (that I think are there) won’t work on certain days.
