Well yes, but old Mystic was changed to this for the reasons mentioned, so why have a worse Mystic, when you could just have Mystic. Sorry, but I think current Mystic fits better.

So if I try to visit someone Barriered by a CW and get debauched the same night - I get prevented first which makes the deb fail?
Shouldn’t those be swapped?
