imagine having D1 but no lynches

John Jimmity Johnson releases a shroud of darkness, blinding everyone but themselves.
Then they kill everyone

It would be at most, half of the main course.

And changes that improve the NK’s survivability without improving things like kill power or game ending ability (beyond how the NK existing longer improves their kills per game) should improve their winrate without significantly increasing the urgency to find them.

Just start the game on N0, and then have a D1 lynch :^)

Basically, as far as end game power is concerned, winning F3 pretty much for free (assuming proper setup depending on the NK) is enough.

Instead giving NK tools to hide such as the proposed invest immunity would improve their winrates without making them a higher priority.

:joy: thanks

Just the existence of Inq or Mindflayer doesn’t reduce massclaims at all
Mindflayer even doesn’t discourage massclaims at all anyways, since he just uses the claims of the players, but he doesn’t give him any negative effects with that
I have no idea if Inq targets rn know if they are targets or not, but if not, it doesn’t help since noone knows its Inq game. If they know, only 3 players will try to not claim, and everyone else tries to massclaim as normally.

thats the point, if they dont know they will be more worried to claim

I think we can do the auto 4 win for non-sorc, with auto 3 win for sorc

Put a spin on that suggestion,

The Vampire

Neutral Offensive
Creature of the Night (Passive) - Permanently under Vampirism. You are aware of who is inflicted with Vampirism. Vampirism: Your vampiric curse frames you, makes you unhealable, all your visits will be hidden and your visits will be prevented on other players under Vampirism.
No Pulse (Passive) - You are immune to occupation and redirection.
Blood Frenzy (Day) - All players under Vampirism will be occupy and redirection immune this night and be healed bypassing unhealability. - 2 uses
Vampiric Bite (Night) - Bites a player, occupying and infecting them with Vampirism the beginning of the next day until your death.
Make sure at least half of the living remainder of the Court has been infected with Vampirism by the end of the game.

Changed around a lot of things. Wincondition changed and ability changed to remove bad Vampirism effects upon the Vampire’s death, so there is a higher incentive to lynch them if found. (This prevents openclaiming more) Making Vampirism a frame instead also affects Maids/Sheriffs/Paladins now. Vampire being healable itself removed the paradoxic prior effect of being unhealable, but healing itself.

Vampire survival is either the protection built into not being able to be visited by his victims or being healed at night by his day ability. There is a tradeoff there, because the day ability can also save anyone currently bitten.

The prevent visits mechanic might be a bit crazy, but let’s see what you think. :upside_down_face: I guess the only thing I’m not too sure about is the protection mechanic for themself/whoever they are trying to keep alive. If they survive to quite lategame, they typically should be able to easily have a lot of the court, so keeping themself alive is more important. Probably kept it too powerful with that. Honestly, there is so much to consider with this being more “true neut” that it’s very hard to get it right I think.

And maybe like f5 for pk since getting king is slightly hard

Oh I guess, they would also need a king variant.

And Scorned should change their colour, because it’s only natural the Vampire gets red.

Scorned gets Redder red
