Remember that sheriffs aren’t just there to catch scum, they’re there to confirm people as town as well.

A) Shitpost a lot or don’t post at all, so we can’t deduce their alignment from their posts.

B) Are extremely skilled to the point that it’s hard to differentiate their alignment even if they are actively participating in the game.
