Tbh, investigators should just check out the nullposters. People like HTM and Baz will basically out their alignment as the game goes on. You can’t really read people like Marg, Ez, or Soul who outright refuse to post.

Eh, really depends as time goes on I can get a better read on people. In the start reads are typically inaccurate, but as the game progresses they become accurate.
